Helicopter Golf Drop Takes to the Skies Again!

On Wednesday 10th June 2015, hundreds of golf balls were dropped onto a temporary hole, on 18th fairway at Cowdray Park golf club for the second year running.

This year’s Golf Ball Drop was another lovely day, with the sun was beaming down on a large gathering of spectators, hoping that their ball would be closest to the hole

In the end the winner was Noelle Nutman. whose ball, No. 424, won the top prize of £500. In total 714 balls tumbled out of the aircraft and the money raised goes directly to Treloar Trust.

You might recall last year two balls went into the hole so maybe 2014 should go down as an exceptional achievement!
